The one bedroom apartment has a kitchen, spacious living room, and bathroom with vanity, toilet and tub/shower.
A one bedroom apartment is $550 per month ($595 with washer/dryer) with a lease of one year. A security deposit of one month’s rent is due at lease signing. The security deposit is returned upon manager’s inspection of the apartment at lease end. Please read lease agreement for further details.
2 Bedroom Apartment
The two bedroom apartment offers a larger kitchen, spacious living room, and bathroom with vanity, toilet and tub/shower, as well as a separate utility room.
A two bedroom apartment costs $660 per month with a lease of one year. A security deposit of one month’s rent is due at lease signing. The security deposit is returned upon manager’s inspection of the apartment at lease end. Please read lease agreement for further details.
