Hampton Greene is adjacent to State Route 309, which intersects Interstate 75 two miles to the west. We are close to many restaurants and retail shopping stores in the Eastgate Shopping Plaza including Super Wal-Mart located on State Route 309.
Hampton Greene Apartments offer the choice of either one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments. One-bedroom apartments are grouped into single-story buildings. Two-bedroom apartments are grouped into separate single-story buildings. There are thirteen buildings total in the complex.
Located on the east side of Lima, Hampton Greene has all the conveniences you’ll need. Trash removal is provided by Hampton Greene, while the City of Lima provides high quality water and sewer. Telephone and cable television are also available. All apartments include a kitchen, living room, and bedroom(s).

1 Bedroom Apartment
The one bedroom apartment has a kitchen, spacious living room, and bathroom with vanity, toilet and tub/shower.
A one bedroom apartment is $495 per month ($540 with washer/dryer) with a lease of one year. A security deposit of one month’s rent is due at lease signing. The security deposit is returned upon manager’s inspection of the apartment at lease end. Please read lease agreement for further details.
2 Bedroom Apartment
The two bedroom apartment offers a larger kitchen, spacious living room, and bathroom with vanity, toilet and tub/shower, as well as a separate utility room.
A two bedroom apartment costs $605.00 per month with a lease of one year. A security deposit of one month’s rent is due at lease signing. The security deposit is returned upon manager’s inspection of the apartment at lease end. Please read lease agreement for further details.
